Bob Coffey, President, founded Encelex to provide a stable, proven, and independent platform for job order contracting. He co-founded Gordian in 1990 and grew it over the next 26 years. Under his leadership, the Job Order Contracting industry saw substantial growth. Most people doing job order contracting today are using products and services first developed by Bob while at Gordian. A sharp increase in the number of construction software and data firms over the last decade provides facility owners with many job order contracting program options that are more stable and less expensive. Encelex was formed to bring these options to the job order contracting industry. 

Clint Owings, Vice President, is a pioneer in the job order contracting industry. Clint started his job order contracting expertise in the early days of Gordian before moving to Project, Time and Cost to develop the first national job order contracting program which is now called Alacrity Services, a Lowe's company.  Clint is also responsible for the development and implementation of the largest national job order contracting program for the United States Postal Service (USPS), and the largest national cooperative job order contracting program for Sourcewell, formerly known as the National Joint Powers Alliance. Clint's deep experience in estimating, software, data and construction is instrumental in providing best-in-class job order contracting solutions to facility owners.
